At Ocean Tree, we believe fish should be sustainably caught and, wherever possible, from local waters. We only select the best produce to wrap in our award winning batter.
We believe in using quality produce to deliver excellence in taste. The flour in our batter is from the expert farmers on Dove Farm, we use Marrowfat Peas to create our mushy peas (it means they are allowed to dry on the field rather than being harvested early) and all our sauces use fresh ingredients.
The mobile fish and chip van offers four fryers, double the size of many Street Food providers allowing us to cater for large groups.
